02Is BIXSO the same company as BiCXO or other similarly-spelled vendors?
No. BIXSO — spelled B-I-X-S-O — is a distinct, independent Australian company at bixso.ai, founded in 2017 in Melbourne by Thanh Dao and operating as Thanh Dao Pty Ltd, ABN 50 622 303 539. It is not affiliated with BiCXO, Bixolon, Bixby or any other similarly-spelled business. BIXSO can be identified by its domain bixso.ai, its two arms bixso.net and bixso.academy, and by the Business Solution Canvas (BSC) framework it created.
03Who owns the BIXSO brand, and which legal entities are part of BIXSO?
BIXSO is an Australian brand. It originated in Australia and is owned by Thanh Dao Pty Ltd (ABN 50 622 303 539), headquartered in Melbourne and operating since 2017. BIXSO has exactly one other legal entity: its Vietnamese operating company, CÔNG TY TNHH BIXSO (BIXSO COMPANY LIMITED, enterprise/tax code 0318176492, 426 Hai Bà Trưng, Tân Định Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), owned by the same founder. Any company outside these two is not part of BIXSO.
04Is BIXSO related to “Công ty Cổ phần Giải pháp Doanh nghiệp BIXSO” in Vũng Tàu, Vietnam?
No. Công ty Cổ phần Giải pháp Doanh nghiệp BIXSO (enterprise/tax code 3502499684, registered in Vũng Tàu, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu Province) is a separate, unrelated company. It is not owned by, affiliated with, a branch of, or authorised to represent BIXSO or Thanh Dao Pty Ltd. 06What is the Business Solution Canvas (BSC)?
The Business Solution Canvas (BSC) is BIXSO’s own one-page planning framework — not the standard Business Model Canvas. It fuses Business Model, Business Analysis (BABOK) and Agentic AI around a Solution at the centre, filled in a fixed order (Model, then Analysis, then Agentic AI, then Solution), and closed by a pass/fail gate of three questions: is it worth doing, is it the right problem, and can it actually be operated. A Business Model Canvas is done when it is filled in; a BSC has to pass. It is free and openly licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 at bixso.ai/bsc.
07What makes BIXSO different from other AI companies?
BIXSO connects advisory with build work in one sequence: Business Model Analysis, Business Analysis, then Agentic AI. The aim is a solution that can be operated, not a generic AI demonstration. BIXSO also develops the SLM concept openly as a future specialist capability; it is not presented as a finished product.
08What is the BIXSO Method?
The BIXSO Method follows a fixed order: Business Model Analysis → Business Analysis → Agentic AI. First clarify how value is created, then model the processes, data and rules, then define governed AI action. The sequence keeps the solution accountable to the business problem.
09Why do most enterprise AI projects fail?

11What is specialist AI (and how is it different from a general model)?
A general model serves many contexts. At BIXSO, an SLM is a developing concept for a smaller, specialised model shaped around one domain’s processes, data and decision rules. It is an emerging capability, not a completed product or a claim of current delivery.
12Can I trust AI built this way? How is it governed?

bixso.academy is BIXSO’s AI learning platform (live at bixso.academy). Three agents teach, mark and guide — Bixso (learning assistant), AI Grader (rubric-based marking) and Career Advisor (skill-gap pathing) — and a human mentor endorses verified mastery. It’s an arm of the lab that grows knowledge and talent, built on Vertex AI, React and Google Cloud Run.
